Your Story Heals is a website devoted to helping survivors of rape, incest, and sexual abuse. After my own rape in 2005, my healing process revolved around talking to other people about my experience. Telling my story to others allowed me to regain control of my past and my future. Your Story Heals provides a place where other survivors can tell their stories in a safe, anonymous environment.

The site launched on February 24. Eventually I’d like to see it become a fundraising tool for other organizations, such as RAINN or the Sexual Violence Center.
